There are nut jobs out there harping that Pasteurizing milk kills some of the nutrients. True. A small % are toasted. Just take another sip and you get the difference. Big deal. But look at this image. This was COMMON once, tuberculosis of the spine, a gift from cows to humanity via milk. We forget how many people were killed or maimed by TB. But there are many others out there just waiting for us to forget and act stupidly.

Hope you’re awake. It’s 6:00 am and the surgical residents and orthopaedic residents are nearly all filed in from their rounds. This morning is all spine related, presided over by Dr. Errico.
